Cheers and tears of joy could be heard and seen across GCISD on Friday, December 1, as the Grapevine-Colleyville Education Foundation (GCEF) surprised Star Teaching Grant recipients. The 28 GCEF grants total $74,611. The purpose of the Star Teaching Grants is to support educational needs of students, enhance existing programs or pilot a new program.
