Grapevine High School and Colleyville Heritage Varsity football teams play in the first round of the UIL 5A Division II playoffs this week.
CHHS capped off their regular season with a district championship and an impressive record of 9-1, while remaining undefeated in district play. CHHS will face Denton High School at 7 p.m., Friday, November 10, at Mustang Panther Stadium.
GHS finished the regular season and extended their winning streak to five games by defeating Trimble Tech High School, 71-8. GHS will face Frisco Emerson High School at 7 p.m., Thursday, November 9, at Mustang Panther Stadium.
