The color guard teams at Grapevine and Colleyville Heritage High School participate in competitions around North Texas, and this season, each team has excelled. The CHHS Color Guard earned a spot as the North Texas Colorguard Association (NTCA) Scholastic A State Finalist with their tenth place finish. The Grapevine High School Mustang Guard ended their season undefeated and claimed first place at the NTCA Scholastic AA Championship. Colleyville Heritage High School varsity girls soccer team claimed their spot in the UIL 5A Regional Tournament, and won the regional semifinal game 6-1 over Amarillo. The Panthers now head to the regional final game set for 10 a.m. Saturday, April 6, at Memorial Stadium in Wichita Falls, where they will face Wichita Falls Rider. Go Panthers, and good luck!

Dr. Yue Deng shared the science behind the upcoming total eclipse and educated students on how they can use their love of science in their future career paths. #WeAreGCISD
