GCISD Track and Field Athletes Advance to Area

Grapevine-Colleyville ISD

GCISD athletes from Colleyville Heritage and Grapevine high schools participated in the District 7-5A Track and Field meet, and many advanced to the Area meet, which will be held on Friday, April 12, at the Bill Carrico Athletic Complex in Little Elm, Texas. The competitions begin at 8 a.m., and the last relays and awards start at 6:50 p.m.

CHHS Boys

  • Tristan Rodriguez: Third place in Shot Put

  • Matthew Udemba: Second place in Discus

  • Wallace Bullock: Third place in 3200 Meters

  • Brett Jacobs: First place in 800 Meters

  • Devin Payne: First place in 110 Meter Hurdles and 300 Meter Hurdles

  • Kai Pruitt, Brett Jacobs, Devin Payne and Ryan Zuckert: Second place in 4x400 Meter Relay

  • Rylan Brackin, Luke Ullrich, Kai Pruitt, Rylan Brackin: Fourth place in 4x200 Meter Relay

  • Ryan Zucker: First place in 400 Meters

  • Dax Hebisen: Fourth place in 300 Meter Hurdles
