Advanced chemistry research and design students from Colleyville Heritage and Grapevine high

Advanced chemistry research and design students from Colleyville Heritage and Grapevine high schools participated in the Fort Worth Regional Science and Engineering Fair on February 19, bringing home numerous awards. Twenty-one of the projects will move on to compete at the state competition and two entries were named “Best of Fair,” making them automatic qualifiers for the international science and engineering fair.

The Texas Science and Engineering state competition will take place March 22-23, in College Station, Texas, at Texas A&M University. The Regeneron International Science and Engineering (ISEF) Fair will take place May 11-17 in Los Angeles, Calif., at the Los Angeles Convention Center. More than 75 countries compete at ISEF.

Congratulations to the following students!
