On April 1, the Colleyville Heritage and Grapevine High School girls golf teams competed in the District 6-5A championship, where two GCISD teams swept the competition, with the CHHS girls earning the top spot, followed by the GHS girls finishing in second place.
CHHS junior Audrey McCallum won the individual district championship, scoring a 72 in round one and a 75 in round two.
Both teams will advance to the UIL 5A Region 1 tournament hosted at the Lake Ridge Country Club (8802 Vicksburg Ave, Lubbock, TX 79424) April 13-15.
