Congratulations to Grapevine High School Principal Dr. Alex Fingers, who has been nominated for National Life Group’s 2024-25 LifeChanger of the Year award. The award recognizes the very best K-12 educators and school district employees across the United States who are making a difference in the lives of students by exemplifying excellence, positive influence and leadership.
Fingers was nominated for his outstanding leadership and dedication to his students, staff and community. The nomination cited his integrity, ability to inspire and the profound impact he makes on his campus.
One of the ways Fingers does this is by celebrating the achievements of students and staff with personal shout-outs and newsletter mentions. His leadership extends to fostering school pride, attending events and maintaining a calm and empathetic approach to challenges.
“I am truly honored to lead a team of passionate and talented educators who are dedicated to inspiring the next generation every day,” said Fingers. “Contributing to the educational journey at Grapevine High School has been an incredibly rewarding experience, and I am filled with excitement as I look toward the bright future ahead for the students we serve. Together, we’re shaping tomorrow’s leaders, and I can't wait to see all that lies ahead.”
