The UIL 5A regular soccer season has come to a close, and three GCISD soccer teams are headed to the postseason. Congratulations to the Colleyville Heritage High School varsity girls team and the Grapevine High School varsity boys and girls teams for advancing to the Bi-District round of playoffs.
The CHHS girls team remains undefeated this season and finished as District 7-5A Champions. Their coach, Monte Pace, earned his 200th career win on March 19, 2024 – the team’s final game of the regular season. Coach Pace has coached 346 games over 15 years, with the last eight at CHHS.
The Grapevine High School girls team placed second in District, while the boys team placed fourth. Congratulations to all three teams on a great season, and good luck at their next game.
