On October 23, Grapevine High and Colleyville Heritage cross country teams competed at the regional championship meet, where CHHS varsity boys finished second overall to qualify for the state championship for the first time in program history. CHHS varsity girls also qualified for the state championship by finishing second overall. This is the fifth consecutive podium finish at the regional meet for the CHHS varsity girls. GHS varsity girls also reached the podium finishing in third place to qualify for the state championship.
The state meet is set to be held on Friday, November 3, at Old Settlers Park in Round Rock. Let's congratulate our teams on qualifying for State!
