Tammy Nakamura was elected to Place 3 and Kathy Florence-Spradley was elected for Place 4 on the GCISD Board of Trustees by a majority vote in the May 7, 2022 Election with 100 percent of precincts reporting, according to unofficial results posted by Tarrant County Elections Administration.
In the election for Place 3, Tammy Nakamura received 6,046 votes (51.20%) and Louie Sullins received 5,762 votes (48.80%). In the election for Place 4, Kathy Florence-Spradley received 6,144 votes (52.48%) and David Stine, received 5,563 votes (47.52%).
Final results for Place 3 and Place 4 will be canvassed and the elected trustees will be issued the oath of office and begin their new term on GCISD's Board of Trustees at an upcoming Board meeting.
