Registration opens March 24, 2025. Enrollment is for GCISD students only and will be completed through Skyward.

In order to register, students should complete the school Skyward form online in the student account. After completing the online skyward form, students should then log out and back in to "see" Arena Scheduling "appear" on the left categories on the Skyward main screen. Payment is made on the parent account through Fee Management. (See video link below)

  After completing the form, make sure you LOG out and back into Skwyard. This will activate Arena

  Scheduling.

• NO CLASSES ARE HELD IN PERSON ON FRIDAYS (Students will have assignments for completion)

Hours

• Morning session: 8:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

• Afternoon session: 12:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Grades : 6-8 Credit Recovery

• Session: June 2-9, 2025  (8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) ** All middle school students needing middle school course credit need to sign up for this session and must stay all day. The middle school session is  5 days. (Make up day to be announced.)

Program Description

• Secondary Summer School is designed for credit recovery and acceleration. GCISD secondary students can take up to four courses each summer.

Cost

• All Students - $330 per course, per session

• F/R Eligible Students - $33 per course, per session

• Bridge classes - $330 per course

All students attending summer school must wear their GCISD student ID at all times. The ID must be worn above the waist.
