UIL and GCISD requires ALL students to obtain a new physical dated April 2024-August 2024 for the 2024-2025 school year.

Medical history forms and physicals can now be uploaded to RankOne. If there is an issue with the physical, you will be contacted by either the Athletic Trainer or Athletic Coordinator.
