2020-2021 KidzU Registration

Due to staffing limitations and safety requirements associated with COVID-19, there will be limited space available at each campus. This year, there are two options and you may select one or both options depending on your family's needs. At this time, before school and part time care will not be offered.

-  After School Care:  2:50-5:30 PM  ($280/month)
-  Professional Development Days:  7:30 AM - 5:30 PM


Returning KidzU Family 
(select this option if you have ever attended KidzU) 

Step 1: Begin by clicking the link below, logging in to MyProcare
Step 2: Complete the registration process
Step 3: Amount to pay = First month's tuition + Registration Fee = $330 individual or $340 family (Procare will only prompt you to pay the Registration Fee,  however, MANUALLY enter in the correct amount)
Step 4: Print the MyProcare registration documents, sign the forms, return them to KidzU

Step 1: Begin by clicking the link below, choose the campus your child/children attend

Step 3: Enter the confirmation code that is emailed to you
Step 4: Enter parent & student info, 2 emergency contacts
THIS DOES NOT REGISTER YOUR CHILD - YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM KIDZU ONCE YOU ARE APPROVED TO COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION 

Step 5: Upon receiving the email approval, log back in to your Myprocare account and complete the registration process 
Step 6: Amount to pay = First month's tuition + Registration Fee = $330 individual or $340

Required Paperwork

For a student to be eligible to attend, all of the following MUST be completed and returned to KidzU staff:

- Online registration forms (through MyProcare.com) printed & signed
- Read Parent/Student Handbook
- Printed & signed Parent/Student Handbook Acknowledgement Form
- Printed & signed Tuition Express application


Frequently Asked Questions

When is tuition due?
- Tuition is due on the 1st of the month.  Late payment fees ($30) are assessed on the 5th.
Payments are divided into 9 equal months/payments beginning in September, the last payment is due May 1st.

Do I get a discount if I have more than one child enrolled?
- Yes! If you have more than one student enrolled in KidzU, you will receive a 10% Family Discount.

Do I still have to pay tuition if my child is absent for a week?
- Yes. Tuition is due regardless of attendance.
- If you would like to dis-enroll for any reason, you must provide a one week’s notice, in writing to your KidzU Coordinator. If you choose to enroll again later, it will be subject to availability and you will be charged another Registration Fee.

Are scholarships available for KidzU?
- KidzU follows the same guidelines for awarding scholarships as the Nutrition office. Please provide us with a copy of the letter from Nutrition detailing the discount provided for school meals, and a discount will be applied for KidzU.
   - Free Meals = 20% KidzU discount
   - Discounted Meals = 10% KidzU discount

My child is being transported to Glenhope Elementary for Aspire Academy, can he/she enroll in KidzU?
- Yes! Aspire students may enroll in KidzU at Glenhope Elementary.

Will KidzU Camp be offered on days that school is out?
- Yes!  KidzU Camp will be offered on all Professional Development Days.
