Information for Graduates

Prior to Graduation:

  • Health Screening Questionnaires will be sent to senior families at 8 a.m. the day before your graduation ceremony.
  • Once your family questionnaire is completed and submitted to GCISD (showing no symptoms as set forth by the State), seats will be assigned to your family. (Seats will be assigned automatically in the same order questionnaires are received by GCISD).
  • Graduates will pick up tickets/parking passes in an envelope on the day of graduation at a designated location set by each individual campus.

At the Event:

  • Arrive beginning one hour before your graduation is set to start from the Mustang Drive entrance to the stadium.
  • You are responsible for safely social distancing in the parking lot.

  • Proceed to the south entrance to the stadium (by the jumbotron).
  • You will receive a face covering as you check in for your seat location. A seating chart will be emailed out prior to the ceremony. You should wear your mask at all times; however, you may remove your mask to walk across the stage, accept your diploma and have your photograph taken.
  • Show the announcer your name card and drop it in the basket provided.
  • Go to the photography location in the corner of the end zone to have a second picture taken.
  • Place the mask back on your face and return to your seat.

After the Event:

  • Once you walk off the field you must return to your car for departure.
  • Congratulations, Graduate!
