Things To Know

• Registrations are being accepted at all elementary campuses for the current school year.
• Most programs will have a wait list, so it is a good idea to register early to secure your spaces. 
• Please do not mail registration fees. For registration to be complete and a space reserved, a registration fee must be paid by check or POS at the campus KidzU prior to June 1 or the summer program beginning June 4.
• There are limited spaces available at each campus for Drop-In Care.  Payment for Drop-In Care is at the time of service.
• When registering please make sure to include information for both parents, guardians or sponsors.
• Every family, whether new or returning, must register online to be placed on the Online Wait List for the upcoming school year.  The registration link can be found below. 
• Students enrolled in the Aspire Academy must register for the KidzU program at Glenhope. 
• Pay close attention to the program options and payment plans.
• KidzU is offered for students attending Pre-K programs. For partial-day attendance in the program, there is no offering for KidzU care during the school day.
• Tuition rates are subject to change without notice.  
• Complete a new Health and Emergency Contact Form and an Options Questionnaire for each child.
• A completed enrollment packet must be turned in on or before the first day of student's attendance. The packet includes Health Assessment/Emergency Contact Form and Handbook Acknowledgment Form.

Payments are deducted automatically from checking or savings account or charged to a credit. Avoid the risk of paying a late payment fee with this payment option.

Include names of persons authorized to pick up the student. Must be received by campus Site Coordinator on or before the first day of attendance.

Changes to note for the 2018-2019 school year. Any account that has been late at least two times will be required to enroll in Tuition Express

Download a 2017-2018 Student/Parent Handbook to review.
Print (last page) of the handbook. Read, sign and turn in a completed Handbook Acknowledgement Form to the program Site Coordinator.
